Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at GoosyPals! We are dedicated to delivering our products to our customers in New Zealand and Australia as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Because we ship our products directly from our international partner warehouses in China, we can offer unique products at competitive prices. Please review our shipping terms below:

1. Shipping Destinations

Currently, we only ship to:

  • New Zealand (All regions)

  • Australia (All states and territories)

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification once your order has shipped, including a tracking number.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Since your order is being shipped internationally, delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing:

  • New Zealand: 5 – 12 business days.

  • Australia: 8 – 15 business days.

Note: These are estimates only. While most orders arrive within these timeframes, delays may occur due to high seasonal demand, postal service disruptions, or customs inspections.

4. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: $9.95 or FREE on orders over $50.

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

GoosyPals is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, GST, etc.).

  • In most cases, for personal imports under the low-value threshold, no extra duties apply, but we recommend checking your local customs website (NZ Customs or Australian Border Force) for current regulations.

6. Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

7. Delayed or Lost Packages

If you haven’t received your order within 25 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at goosypals@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. GoosyPals is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the item.
